VSP Cares Program

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, VSP has created the Cares program to provide qualifying members access to any unused 2020 benefits. To find out if you qualify, please contact VSP's Customer Experience Center at 800-877-7195 and one of their customer service representatives will review and discuss your situation. All services must be completed by October 31, 2021. VSP insurance is accepted at both Modern Eye locations for exams, eyewear and contact lenses.
