The frame construction process is largely manual, showcasing a commitment to traditional craftsmanship.

In their workshop, the team at Nina Mûr creates its own plywood using thin, flexible, and resistant layers of Finnish birch wood. This wood is shaped into a curve right from the start, ensuring each pair of glasses comfortably adjusts to facial contours and offers remarkable durability. The frames are then pressed for over 20 hours, a testament to the brand's dedication to quality.

The precision in each frame comes from the use of CNC (computer numerical control) cutting, enhanced by Nina Mûr’s own cutting software. This software adds three-dimensionality to the frames, ensuring each pair is not just aesthetically pleasing but also precise, high-quality, and comfortable.

Following the cutting process, the frames undergo 90% manual production processes, including sanding, varnishing, and assembly of parts and lenses. Numerous quality checks are performed throughout, right up to the meticulous packaging and dispatch. This level of attention to detail is evident in every pair of Nina Mûr glasses.
